New Subaru dealership coming to South St. Paul


submitted graphic • The current Walser reconditioning center at 740 Concord St. S. in West St. Paul will be torn down and a Subaru dealership will be built at the site. The South St. Paul City Council cleared the way for the change with its Jan. 16 approval of a conditional use permit.

On Jan. 16. the South St. Paul City Council approved a conditional use permit and sign variances that will allow for a new Walser Subaru dealership to be built.
