Inmate death under investigation

The death of a 44-year-old inmate, Frankie L. Howard, at the Ramsey County Correctional Facility on Sept. 2 is being investigated by the Maplewood Police Department, however Lt. Dave Kvam said the preliminary results show no sign of trauma.
