City of Arden Hills reserves the right to waive formalities and minor irregularities; reject any and all proposals and call for new proposals; request a written clarification of any proposal; accept the proposal which in the City’s judgment is determined to be in the best interest of the City and its employees; postpone, cancel, or extend the due date of this RFP; and conduct negotiations before, subsequent to, the selection of the carrier. The Request for Proposal is being made in Minnesota Statutes Section 471.6161.

SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2018-002 

On the 27th day of August, 2018, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2018-002, and by at least four/fifths affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, directed that a summary of Ordinance 2018-002 be published. 

Ordinance 2018-002 amends Chapter 11 – Subdivisions of the Arden Hills City Code. The primary purpose of the amendment is the update the Subdivision Code requirements regarding compliance with the Public Works Design Manual, and to update the public use dedication requirements. 

A full copy of Ordinance 2018-002 is available for inspection by any person during regular business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112. The Ordinance is also available online at http://www.cityofardenhills.org.

SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2018-003 

On the 27th day of August, 2018, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2018-003, and by at least four/fifths affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, directed that a summary of Ordinance 2018-003 be published. 

Ordinance 2018-003 amends the official Zoning Map of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as described in Section 1315.01 of the City Code. The Ordinance amends the official Zoning Map to indicate that the following properties have been re-zoned to an R-1 – Single Family Residential District: 3243 New Brighton Road. 

A full copy of Ordinance 2018-003 is available for inspection by any person during regular business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112. The Ordinance is also available online at http://www.cityofardenhills.org.

ORDINANCE NO. 1563

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, ZONING, OF 

THE CITY CODE TO ALLOW DRIVE-THROUGH 

FACILITIES AS

CONDITIONAL USES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT 

The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: 

Section 1. Zoning Ordinance Amended. The Roseville City Code, Title 10, is hereby amended as follows. 

Section 1005.03, Table of Allowed Uses in the Commercial and Mixed Use Districts 

Table 1005-1, NB, CB, RB-1, RB-2 Standards 

Accessory Uses, Buildings and Structures 

Drive-through facilities, NP C C C Y 

Section 1009.02, Procedures Pertaining to Conditional Uses 

D. Specific Standards and Criteria 

12. Drive-through Facilities: 

d. Speaker box sounds from the drive-through lane shall not be loud enough to constitute a nuisance on an abutting residentially zoned property or property in residential use. Notwithstanding this requirement, such speaker boxes shall not be located less than 100 feet from an existing residentially zoned property or property in residential use. 

Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall take effect upon the passage and publication of this ordinance.

ORDINANCE NO. 1564

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CENTRE POINTE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, 

ORDINANCE #1177, TO ALLOW A FOURTH HOTEL 

The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: 

Section 1. Pursuant to §1023.10 PUD Amendments and §1023.09E PUD Final Plan, of the Zoning Code, Planned Unit Development #1177 is herein amendment to allow a fourth hotel at 3015 Centre Pointe Drive as a permitted use. 

This project will consist of a four-story, 86-room, hotel with surface parking and meet or exceed all site planning requirements (design standards) as prescribed in the Planned Unit Development Agreement. 

The proposed hotel will be located at 3015 Centre Pointe Drive on property legally described as: Lot 3, Block1, Centre Pointe Business Park 2nd Addition 

Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to Planned Unit Development #1177 shall take effect upon passage by the City Council and publication.
