1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated October 3, 2005, executed by Marc D. The South St. Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) will accept sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the Elevator Repair and Upgrade Project and all associated work required to install same as shown in bid documents. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. (local time) December 19, 2018, at the South St. Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority, 125 Third Avenue North, South St. Paul, MN 55075. The Project areas include the existing building of approximately 67,800 gross sq. ft., the additions of approximately 9,500 gross sq. ft. for a total approximate building area of 77,300 gross sq. ft. The Project site area is approximately 8.6 acres.
