NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on November 28, 2018, at approximately 7:30 p.m. at the Little Canada City Council Chambers in City Hall, 515 Little Canada Rd. E., Little Canada, Minnesota, relating to the City of Little Canada’s (the “City”) proposed adoption of a Modification to the Development Program for Development District No. 7 (the “Development Program Modification”), the proposed establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 7-2 (an economic development tax increment financing district) within Development District No. 7, and the proposed adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan (the “TIF Plan”) therefor (collectively, the “Program and Plan”), pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, 469.124 to 469.133 and Sections 469.174 to 469.1794, all inclusive, as amended. Copies of the Program and Plan are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at City Hall.

NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING 

Notice is hereby given that on November 26, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, the Saint Anthony Village City Council will hold a public hearing to solicit public response to a variance request for the property located at 4021 Silver Lake Terrace. 1.01 INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION 

A. From: Kraus-Anderson Construction Company acting on behalf of Roseville Area Schools (Owner). 

B. Project: Roseville Area High School – Addition & Remodel BP #2 

C. Key Dates:

E. Work Included in this Offering: We are presently soliciting competitive “Prime Contract Bids” for the following portions of work as defined herein.
