Notice is given that an Application for Informal Probate of Will and Informal Appointment of Personal Representative was filed with the Registrar, along with a Will dated March 9, 2001. The Registrar accepted the application and informally appointed Glenda Sue Lillmars, whose address is 1470 Old Highway 8 NW, New Brighton, MN 55112, to serve as the personal representative of the Decedent’s estate.
Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Any objection to the appointment of the personal representative must be filed with the Court, and any properly filed objection will be heard by the Court after notice is provided to interested persons of the date of hearing on the objection.
Unless objections are filed, and unless the Court orders otherwise, the personal representative has the full power to administer the estate, including, after thirty (30) days from the issuance of letters testamentary, the power to sell, encumber, lease, or distribute any interest in real estate owned by the Decedent.

The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. 1558 approved by City Council of Roseville on July 9, 2018:
An Ordinance amending Title 3, Chapter 314, of the City Code of the City of Roseville. This ordinance amends the Fee Schedule by adding, deleting and modifying several individual fees relating to the Fats, Oils, Grease ordinance; small cell wireless right-of-way permits; storm water permits, grading permits, and garage permits.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SELECTED TEXT OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE,
402.02: Definitionsand402.13: PlacementofContainers
THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Purpose: The Roseville City Code is hereby amended to modify/clarify specific
requirements within the Roseville City Code, Sections 402.02, Definitions and 402.13, Placement of
Containers.
SECTION 2. Chapter 402, Sections 402.02 and 402.13 are hereby amended as follows:
402.02: Definitions:
Commercial Establishment: Any premises where a commercial or industrial enterprise of any kind is
carried on and shall include, but not be limited to, motels, office buildings, manufacturing plants, clubs curbs, nursing homes, churches and schools.
402.13: Placement of Containers:
A. Residential Dwellings: Garbage containers,-and other refuse, yard waste,_and special waste containers at residential dwellings shall be out of public view except on the day of pickup. Such solid waste containers may be placed at curbside for collection (unless walk-up arrangements have been made with the hauler) prior to 7:00 A.M. At no time shall such solid waste containers or containers remain on curbside for longer than 24 consecutive hours. Completely closed hauler-provided containers may be stored behind the front line of the primary structure, but not in the street-facing side yard of a corner lot, and when so stored shall be considered out of public view.
B. Multiple Residential Dwellings and Commercial Establishments: Garbage containers, and other refuse, yard waste, and special waste containers at multiple residential dwellings and commercial establishments shall be out of public view. (Ord. 1097, 8-12-91)
SECTION 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the Roseville City Code shall take effect upon passage and publication.

B. Project: Roseville Area High School – Addition & Remodel BP1
C. Key Dates:
1. Pre Bid Date: July 25th, 2:00 PM, at Roseville Area High School – 1240 County Road B2 W, Roseville, MN 55113. Meeting will start at existing tennis courts.

These are the abridged minutes from the School Board meeting held on June 12, 2018, which were approved at the June 26, 2018, School Board meeting.
The regular meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.
Board Members present: Anderson, Boguszewski, Johnson, Shaw

Administrative staff present: Derden, Loeck, Mobley, Schaub, Sicoli, Thompson, Von De Linde
Reports and Non-Action Items:
1. The Roseville Area High School girls track and field team was recognized for participating in the state meet.
2. The Alternative Teacher Professional Pay System (ATPPS) annual report was presented.
3. Information about a proposed amendment to the Superintendent’s employment contract was provided.
Action Items:
1. The consent agenda including the minutes of the regular school board meeting on May 22, 2018; payment of bills; resignations, appointments, reductions, adjustments; gifts; Apple Corporation equipment lease; nutrition services agreements with Northeast Metro 916, St. Jerome’s, and St. Rose; nutrition services management agreement with the St. Anthony-New Brighton school district; and police liaison officer agreements with the City of Roseville and Ramsey County was approved.
2. Policy 520: Student Discipline was approved.
3. Policy 428: Public and Private Personnel Data was approved.
4. A lunch price increase of $0.10 for elementary, middle and high school students in Roseville Area Schools and schools with joint agreements was approved for the 2018-2019 school year.
5. Changes to the 2017-2019 employment contracts for meet and confer employee groups were approved.
6. Changes to the 2017-2019 Roseville Principals Association contract were approved.
7. A Resolution Limiting Open Enrollment for grade ten for the 2018-2019 school year was approved.
8. A Resolution Approving Northeast Metropolitan Intermediate School District No. 916’s Long Term Facility Maintenance Budget and Authorizing the Inclusion of a Proportionate Share of Those Projects in the District’s Application for Long Term Facility Maintenance Revenue was approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
