ORDAINS: Chapter 2302 is

amended as follows:

Section 1

SUMMARY PUBLICATION.

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes

Section 412.191, in the case of a

lengthy ordinance, a summary may

be published. While a copy of the

entire ordinance is available without

cost at the office of the City Clerk,

the following summary is approved

by the City Council and shall be

published in lieu of publishing the

entire ordinance:

The purpose of this ordinance

is to amend the City Code to

provide the City of Little Canada

with the authority to regulate

the use of public rights of way

by telecommunications rightof-

way users and to address

“small cell site” locations due to

recent statutory changes. This

ordinance subjects those users

to local regulations by the City to

manage their rights of way and

to recover management costs.

Section 2

Effective Date: This ordinance shall

be effective immediately upon its

passage and publication.

Lounge Sanitary Sewer Lift Station

Roseville, MN

RECEIPT AND OPENING OF

PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals

for the work described below will

be received by the City Manager at

the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic

Center Drive, Roseville, MN 55113-

1815 until January 18, 2018 at 1:00

p.m., at which time the bids will be

opened and publicly read.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The

work includes the following:

A. Remove pumps, base elbows,

and controls of existing Lounge Lift

Station. Furnish and install new

pumps, base elbows, and guide rails.

B. Remove and replace all piping

and valves in the wet well and the

valve vault.

C. Recoat wet well structure.

D. Remove and replace structure

top slabs, including hatches, for

both wet well and valve vault. New

hatches will include safety grating.

E. Demolish and replace lift

station controls and control panel.

Salvage and reuse existing SCADA

equipment. Furnish and install new

fiberglass SCADA antenna pole;

include masthead and yard light.

F. Install 300 ft. of new HDPE

forcemain to the discharge manhole.

Abandon and sandfill existing

forcemain.

COMPLETION OF WORK: All work

under the Contract must be complete

within one hundred eighty (180)

calendar days after receipt of the

Notice to Proceed.

BEST VALUE CONTRACTING: The

City believes that only a contractor

with good experience in constructing

this kind of project is necessary.

Two factors will be considered in

the contractor selection process:

price and performance. The process

for consideration of proposals for

the award of the Project will take

into account not only the Contract

amount proposed for construction

items, but also the proposer’s ability

and performance on previous similar

projects, within or outside the City

of Roseville, and the proposer’s

availability of major equipment to

perform this project. The evaluation

criteria to be utilized will be the

total proposal price divided by

the aggregate average technical

performance score, as determined by

the technical evaluation committee

and fully set forth in the Proposing

Requirements Documents.

MINIMUM CONTRACTOR

QUALIFICATIONS: The Bidder

shall have experience as a General

Contractor in the successful

completion of at least three lift station

projects within the last five (5) years.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

OF SHOREVIEW ORDAINS:

Pursuant to Minnesota Law and the

Shoreview City Code, a fee schedule

for Community Center fees is hereby

adopted.

Community Center Fee Schedule

a) The Code of the City of Shoreview

establishes that certain rates and

fees be set from time to time by the

Shoreview City Council.

b) City staff has reviewed the

Community Center rate schedule

and is hereby recommending that

Exhibit D be adopted and replace

Ordinance No. 957.

c) Upon consideration and review

of the Shoreview City Council, the

ORDINANCE NO. 960

AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING A UTILITY FEE SCHEDULE FOR

THE CITY OF SHOREVIEW, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2018

OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SHOREVIEW

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREVIEW ORDAINS:

Section 1. Pursuant to Minnesota Law, and the Shoreview City Code, and

upon review and analysis of City Enterprise Funds, a fee schedule for City

Utility Services is hereby adopted.

2018 Utility Fee Schedule

(a) The Code of the City of Shoreview establishes that certain fees be set

from time to time by the Shoreview City Council.

(b) City staff has reviewed the current Utility Fee Schedule for the City of

Shoreview and is hereby recommending that the 2018 Utility Fee Schedule,

hereto attached as Exhibit A, be adopted.

(c) Upon consideration and review of the Shoreview City Council, the 2018

Utility Fee Schedule, hereto attached as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted and

becomes effective January 1, 2018.

Section 2: This ordinance shall become effective one day after publication.
