The South St. Paul City Council approved the first reading of a new ordinance on Monday, Sept. 19, that would significantly restrict where convicted sex offenders and predators could live in the community.

Neighbors get together to celebrate Night to Unite


There wasn’t an age requirement to celebrate. Thomas, with the help of his mom Shannon Campbell, was able to enjoy the bouncy house at this West St. Paul party.

Aug. 2 was National Night Out or Night to Unite. Northern Dakota County cities got in the spirit and threw their own block parties. It was a night when neighbors throughout the state got to know one another and promote community safety.
