Rep. Kline met with Dakota County Sheriff Dave Bellows and Northern Dakota County police chiefs at Black Sheep Café in South St. Paul Feb. 20. Police chiefs attending were Chiefs Michael Aschenbrener of Mendota Heights, William Messerich of South St. Paul, Bud Shaver of West St. Paul and Larry Stanger of Inver Grove Heights.
