Fitness Stations added along Oakdale Nature Preserve trails


The new Fitness Stations like this rock climbing wall focus on upper body exercises so that people who are already walking or running on the trails will be able to get a full body workout.

Area residents who have walked through Oakdale’s Nature Preserve this fall may have noticed several new structures dispersed along the trails. These structures were for the new fitness stations that became operational this November.
