Family Means opens Cimarron Youth Center in Lake Elmo

While the doors officially opened March 23, Family Means held their grand opening for their new Cimarron Youth Center Monday, May 11. The youth center was 100 percent funded through donations from the community, which included furniture and fixtures. The Center can be divided into two areas (Pre K - 6th Grade and 7th - 12th Grade). The youth center has computer stations, homework lounges, and a state of the art kitchen. The building will be used for after school programming and summer programming for children in the Cimarron neighborhood.
